Overweight people can have healthy hearts

An ailing heart is not necessarily followed by extra weight at least that is what is suggested by the Greek researchers. Healthy and obese people in the age group of 50 to 60 years were taken into account and the studies that were conducted on them showed that about less than ten percent of people did no fall into the risk group of heart diseases. Heart failure due to obesity is one of the most common occurrence in which the heart muscles become weak and unable to supply oxygen rich blood to the body parts. Health insurance facilities have however grown rapidly over the period of time and those who have been able to acquire proper health insurance policies have been able to survive the health disasters by getting proper treatment from good places.

Reports indicate that the metabolic differences had a lot of implication on the heart diseases and people with metabolic syndrome had a greater chance of heart failure. No less than five million Americans suffer from heart attacks and ailing heart conditions contribute to more than three hundred thousand deaths per year. However, taking a health insurance policy at the right time have also allowed some of them to have a better standing during hospital admission or while carrying emergency tests.

However, the new study in the Journal of the American College of Cardiology suggests more evidences to support the fact that obese people are not necessarily affected with ailing hearts. However, the study was primarily conducted on those people who did not have diabetes or a family history of heart diseases. The study was conducted by Dr Christina Voulgari at Athens University Medical School.

However, the study that is conducted does not necessarily provide a pass to the people who are not suffering from metabolic diseases to eat fast foods and other delicacies but think about taking a good health insurance policy.
